We’ve invited esteemed chef, Sasha Venzin, for a very special pop up at Shucks. Chef Sasha will share some of her favourite recipes, influenced by her time in Bangkok working at Gaggan, named Asia’s best restaurant a record four times, as well as local institutions like SameSame, Longtime and Mons Thai.
Accompanying the event is sommelier Dan Finn from Mosaique Wines, pairing the menu with rare French drops from small producers. This event is strictly limited to 90 seats over the weekend so be sure to make a reservation.
