Oyster Happy Hour is on every Sunday 3–5pm. Fresh oysters $18 doz. with drink purchase. Walk-ins only.

Did you know less than 10% of the oysters consumed in Australia are opened fresh? (truly!)
Why an oyster bar? The total delight of tasting fresh oysters straight from the waters of beautiful Moreton Bay created the idea for Shucks Bar™ – Brisbane’s newest fresh seafood experience on the Esplanade at bayside Manly.
All produce is delivered fresh and unopened to the bar, including rock oysters from local and southern waters, and pacific oysters from Australia’s cooler states. Regardless of our oysters’ origins, we shuck right here (no plastic wrapped deliveries, ever!) so you will always enjoy the same freshness we have come to love.
Head Chef Michelle also creates some unique dishes from other fresh seafood and gorgeous local produce, so please check out our menu.
