New Spring Menu
Springtime feels like a time for new beginnings – something we could all use in 2020. The new Spring menu is here and we have our feet firmly planted in our ethos of serving honest, local ingredients with informed, relaxed service. This time of year we celebrate local rocks farmed by Josh Hansen. Scallops and king prawns fresh off Michael McFarlane's boat. Our vegetable-driven dishes for Spring are more delicious than ever with Manly local Terri Stubbs helping us source the best veg from the markets.
We shuck oysters from all different regions in Australia – from Coffin Bay to local Straddie – depending on the harvest. All our oysters are shucked to order in our restaurant.
