Test Kitchen Thursdays are our playground — a place where our chefs get to experiment, explore and share new ideas with our awesome community. Think of it as stepping behind the scenes of our kitchen while we trial dishes, play with new ingredients and push our creativity a little further.
Each Thursday night we’ll be serving a three-course chef’s menu for $49, featuring dishes that may one day appear on our main menu… or might only ever exist for one night.
It’s relaxed, a little unexpected, and a lot of fun.
