Natural and small batch wines
At Shucks, we pride ourselves on the wide unique selection available at our wine bar. We source minimal intervention winemakers, focused on organic wines and in some cases fully biodynamic production, and we seek wines made in small batches. These are presented in our wine collection, with one wine also showcased weekly, and matched with our beautiful fresh seafood dishes.
Wine growing regions which have been represented in our cellar include the Hunter Valley, Margaret River and Barossa Valley, Clare Valley and Eden Valley, King Valley and north east Victoria, local Stanthorpe wineries, the best of New Zealand’s regions, as well as Italy, France and Spain.
Pictured here is the amazing Eriksen’s riesling from the Eriksen family (Peter and Mary and 5 daughters) Tweedies Gully in South Australia’s Barossa Valley, with riesling grapes sourced from the renowned Eden Valley.
