The first release of Supper tickets sold out lightning fast, so we’ve decided to do a second evening on Thursday 27 June. Erin + Michael won’t be joining us, however, Chef Michelle will be leading us through the menu.
Erin is proud La Bouche is the kind of place that knows their regulars by name and coffee order. Focused on the joy of exciting people, Erin loves the one on one contact she’s able to have with customers.
Michael is a chef by trade and spent his chef years at Sirromet and Refuelled Cafe before discovering his passion for pastry. He’s driven by the challenge of the technique required to work with enriched breads.
