We’re so overjoyed by the response to the first Supper, selling out in just 7 hours, we’ve decided to run a second evening on Thursday, 1 August. Please note, Simone will be unable to join us on the second evening.
Simone Jelley of Pretty Produce is an urban grower of edible flowers and plants currently situated on Macleay Island. Simone’s holistic approach focuses on the observation of soil health and biodiversity of the environment. Her farm is committed to growing plants without the use of chemicals, rather employing new modes of farm operations to provide safe harbours for insects. Simone’s research delves into the edibility, safety for consumption, taste profile and aesthetic form of all plants, both local and introduced.
