Shucks Bar and C’est Bon Restaurant invite you to a Sunday long lunch, hosted in beautiful Manly. These two restaurants come together to share their philosophy of serving honest, hand-picked ingredients from local producers.
City to Coast brings the flavours of C’est Bon in Woolloongabba to The Bayside, in an exclusive event held on Sunday, 27 March at Shucks Bar. This collaborative menu will celebrate Australian seafood, locally grown produce and native ingredients.
Each dish offers an expression of the two restaurants’ mutual love of oysters and sustainably sourced seafood. The menu showcases C’est Bon’s take on French cuisine with Australian ingredients, like scampi and sweetcorn brulee. Complementing this is Shucks’ playful approach to familiar flavours, like meringue with persimmon curd and lemon myrtle.
Limited tickets for the six-course menu, curated by Chef Andy of C’est Bon and Chefs Michelle and Chris of Shucks Bar, are available online for $95 per person.
