In Roman mythology, seafood bouillabaisse is the soup Venus fed to Vulcan. While the more modern day and earthly world considers the home of bouillabaisse to be Marseilles, it is prepared in almost every small port along the coastal regions of Provence. Consequently, it made sense to offer bouillabaisse in Manly, arguably the most beautiful spot on the east coast adjoining Brisbane’s gorgeous Moreton Bay.
